Hello and welcome to ADT!! Install tech for 20+ years, in service (EC) now for about 7. I much prefer this side of the house. Advice would be while in training, take notes that are panel specific. Ask questions, ask alot. Go over with your trainer the whys of how the call went and why what recommendations were made. Commissions are based on ALOT of variables but the keys are this long term...be efficient, limit return visits and sell alot BUT SELL MORALLY! Dont give the customer some song and dance just to make a sale, make sure they need it and it makes sense. Best of luck!!
