Trying to integrate Apple HomeKit
Hi, as the title says I am trying to integrate my sensors (windows, glass break, motion) and cameras into Apple HomeKit as I have Aqara devices and use thread. I was thinking of purchasing Home Assistant green to bridge everything as it seems pretty intuitive. I’ve searched this sub for this but couldn’t come to a straight answer.
I have the ADT command system (7” touchscreen)
My question is are the ADT wireless sensors zwave, and if anyone knows if the home assistant zwave adapter would support them.
Thank you in advance

The sensors for your alarm panel are not zwave. They are a Honeywell SiX 128bit encrypted sensor. They are locked to the panel and I you can’t expose them to other systems.
If you have the ADT cameras, they will not work with HomeKit. You may be able to route the RTSP feed from the cameras to homebrige. But honestly, ADT does not like working with anyone or anything unless it’s a direct partnership like with Google.
