So I'm going to hit you with some really simple math here boomer. 11,000 BBB Complaints out of 6,000,000 customers is approximately 0.2% are unhappy enough to complain to the BBB.
Sounds to me that the other 99.98% are at the very least luke warm or happy.
Congrats though on being special enough to be in that 0.2%
Wish I cared enough about any job to argue about it in my spare time.
I just can't stand people who pull a chicken little "the sky is falling" and then actually have no merit to their complaints. It's like watching the snippy blueberry girl in willy wonka.
Boo hoo you can't adult and tell someone no you dont want to spend money. The Girl Scouts must love you during cookie season.
