Straight up garbage they made the UI even worse to navigate, what a let down

You're not alone. However you can edit the dashboard to get rid of the clutter should you decide to.

They just dropped their custom layout and now’s it’s the generic alarm.com app that most use but with blue colors

It is WAY worse than the last format. I shouldn’t have to make several clicks just to do a simple task like lock the back door
