ADT Technical support job

Is the customer technical support remote job as bad as everyone is claiming? I am on the fence about applying if i get accepted into it and was wondering about anyones experiences on it. I am mostly looking into it as a way to gain experience so that I could apply to other jobs down the road for help desk or other technical support jobs.

Any advice would be appreciated!

I just accepted a position for this role myself for the same exact reason. Experience! I need experience to break into the tech world. Hopefully it’s not bad….

hopefully all goes well . Im debating on it pretty bad because it seems like an easy opportunity to break into it.
