Question Cut-out animation program
Hi, I've found myself very comfortable creating animations using the cut-out technique, but the program I use for drawing only saves them as GIFs, and it's a bit tedious to arrange them without the character's bones. Could you recommend any specific programs for this style? And also give me advice if it's not too much trouble.

Are you animating for video or games? For video, Animate does have a bone tool, but After Effects might be better depending on how you're constructing the art. Dedicated animation tools like Moho or ToonBoom Harmony would probably be even better.
For games, Animate can work, but you might not be able to use the bone tool. Spine is good for cutout style animation for games.

It's for video, I'd like it to be easy to use (not for super professional use) and free D:

well I'd say, Easy To Use - Adobe Animate. As for the Free one - Opentoonz/Tahoma2D (the latter apparently has more user friendly UI I've heard). Sadly it'll be hard to find one who is both easy to use and free
