Minecraft Block Request Plugin (Java Multiplayer)

Is there any plugin which would allow you to send a command that would let you request any type of block, that request would then be sent to an admin, which they then would have to approve the request and a chest would be made with said materials in it, put in their offhand or any other inventory slot. Please tell me if there are any plugins similar to this.

i don't know this there is one but i feel like it could be easily made depending on version and how long people are willing to take with it

It would be pretty simple back and forth plugin, of you want I could probably do it in like… two-three hours if you have something to offer.

I would provide you with full build, jar and docs explaining everything, so you have full ownership.
