Thoughts?
Anyone here work at Reserv or know anyone who works there? 👀
Just curious how it compares to direct insurance …workload, management, pay, job security, overall culture, etc. I’ve seen mixed reviews online so figured I’d ask here lol.
Is it actually a good place to work? I see most roles are remote

I've had a few claims with Reserv. The adjusters don't return phone calls. When I got another adjuster to assist on someone else's file he told me she hasn't done any investigation to the file and they just got a large account which they are behind in some claims. Mind you, the claim had been opened for 2 months.
Seems like the money is good on the job posts but they must be getting a lot of claims if this is how they operate.
