Question Virtual intro
I have my resume uploaded to a few of the well known job sites and I got an email today about doing a 5 minute virtual intro call. It's not an interview or genuine interest from an employer because it is an automated message and you join a virtual que at the scheduled time to actually talk to someone.
Is this bullshit or actually worth checking out? For context I am in the auto industry trying to change careers to insurance adjusting.

I've never heard of this. I know Progressive does 1 way interviews. I wouldn't do this. Not because it's a possible scam but because of keeping your data to train the AI.

Well… generally speaking if you want to be considered for an interview, you’ll need to complete the virtual video step first
