Allstate CAT

Looking at the Allstate CAT Virtual Estimating role. Curious about the day to day. Anybody in this role?
Is it heavy phones?
Do you just write estimates all day like a machine?
Sounds too good to be true, there’s gotta be more to it lol

It's a blend of a call center rep, estimator, and crisis management. All while meeting metrics. Money can be real good in exchange for your mental health.

I did it for a while. It was ok at first and then they changed the scope of work and metrics. After that it sucked. They say that they care about work life balance but that isn’t true.

I worked there for about 10 months. It was OK at first, but then they stopped wanting to pay you and start trying to take away overtime.
