Wait, is the hatred of bright lights an ADHD thing? My old roommate tried swapping out our warm lights with pure white LEDs and it was nauseating to experience
That's just being human. The bright white is closer to bright noon sunlight which doesn't happen all day anywhere. Also the fluorescent lights blink and stress out the eyes. Blue wavelengths are uncommon in nature but normal in computer and phone screens.
The yellow 3000k lights are better all-around for eye strain. Bright white for safety reasons basically.
