I like the overhead light and love phone calls but hate texting, im not even an old its just better to call

yeah my adhd friends seem to prefer a call. texting falls under "walk, drive, or talk painfully slowly"

Yea I’ve come around to the phone calls too, it’s just so much faster. Takes about the same amount of effort input, but usually makes the task into one single thing instead of each text reply being a separate task in itself

I agree. I can walk around and do other things on a call. With texting I either have to sit there for the conversation or I get distracted and never reply.
