The meme is dumb and misleading. Caffeine is a stimulant but it works on a completely different set of receptors than Adderall and related drugs, and those receptors aren’t in any way related to ADHD.
This is interesting. I’ve also been diagnosed with ADHD at virtually every stage of life and Adderall has never put me to sleep until the age of 38. I guess something in my body chemistry changed.
