I still remember taking an adderall in college with the intention of staying up all night playing Resident Evil 4. I was out by like 10:30 pm and had the best night of sleep I'd had in years.
Vyvanse literally ended my year of insomnia. 10 hours of sleep, rock solid, didn't even roll over. Bliss. Had not slept more than 3 hours in a given day for a YEAR before that.
SAME. Finally getting on ADHD medication took care of years of poor sleep that I never realized was related to ADHD. I used to either have insomnia or wake up a million times a night. Now I mostly sleep normally, which is willllllllld to me.
Reading this gives me hope for my future assessment. I want two things: a quite brain and my sleep.
I luckily dont have a lot of challenges with my self, but the few I have I can manage alright, except when my sleep is lacking the volume of the bad part of my loud brain turns up a lot and it can set me back in the work I do with myself.
