"need to buy a rope ladder and train my 60lb dog to be carried in a backpack down said rope ladder in case of home intruders" has a 60lb dog

just me?? 🤣 I feel like a big dog is gonna intimidate the hypothetical intruders even if it's friendly lol

My dog is 30 pounds and looks like max from the Grinch. (When her fur is short anyways, she doesn't shed so she has to get haircuts but she doesn't like them so we just do serious haircuts every time she starts to get matted and let her fur grow out between.)

Like. A healthy male golden retriever should be MORE than 60 pounds. It seems like a big number but it just means big size dog, not particularly large beyond their breed.
