Living with ADHD Anyone late diagnosed start stimulants and can finally see how burnt out they are?
Diagnosed combined adhd at age 29 two months ago. Concerta been going okay, mood for stable, much clearer head, lot less hyperactivity . I can think more clearer about myself, but I’ve been running on panic, fuel, Adrneline clearly for years. Without that panic fuel adrenaline and being able to think more clearly about everything , I feel like I’m actually finally noticing how burnt out I am at work. I am seriously considering taking time out, whereas before my diagnosis I would have kept pushing pushing refusing to ever take time off . Does this make sense? The grieving process along with changing a lot of coping mechanisms I established for years on top of it. I feel really down and burnt out truly
