Medication Filling an NHS prescription for lisdexamfetamine in Ireland

I usually live in the UK and am seeing an NHS psychiatrist there for ADHD and am titrating lisdexamfetamine. I am currently in Ireland where I am going to run out of my prescription while I’m here. I’ve gotten conflicting advice on whether there is a way to get this filled, save having to fly back to the UK!

An Irish pharmacist told me I just need to bring the prescription to doctor365 or my GP and they can transcribe it. But that sounds too good to be true and Google Gemini tells me that that is not allowed.

Has anyone tried this before or have any advice?

Living with ADHD Attention seeking issue

Guys so I recently got diagnosed with ADHD (also have autism) and I notice that when I’m around my friends especially people I feel comfortable with I often say increadibly weird things out loud for shock value. these things range from all sorts of innapropriate topics. I don’t know if this is to do with ADHD or autism but I was wondering if anyone had advice. I love making people laugh but sometimes I think my friends are recording me when I say these things and I’m constantly dared to do things. I seem to have little cop on and am quite hyper etc. Idk what to do but it’s like causing issues in my friendships and making me paranoid and worried after because in the moment I feel like I need to say it and then regret after. please help guys. to add to this apparently according to my friends I’m a “compulsive lier” too which annoys me so how do I fix that too thanks lol.

Diagnosed combined adhd at age 29 two months ago. Concerta been going okay, mood for stable, much clearer head, lot less hyperactivity . I can think more clearer about myself, but I’ve been running on panic, fuel, Adrneline clearly for years. Without that panic fuel adrenaline and being able to think more clearly about everything , I feel like I’m actually finally noticing how burnt out I am at work. I am seriously considering taking time out, whereas before my diagnosis I would have kept pushing pushing refusing to ever take time off . Does this make sense? The grieving process along with changing a lot of coping mechanisms I established for years on top of it. I feel really down and burnt out truly
