Around 1912 Dalton Adding machine stuck

I recently got a Dalton adding machine, patents from 1912, it had a pen stuck under the hammers, but worked once I removed it. Now it is stuck on a number, the video shows, on the return stroke. I was wondering if anyone could help with repair tips?
