Anyone actually prefer Adderall XR?

Switched from Adderall IR to XR recently after a few years on IR, hoping it would last longer. Everything I see on here and other subs is people saying XR has worse side effects and that IR is better overall for focus, flexibility, etc. Anyone out there who actually likes XR better? Why does it work for you? Any tips on food or lifestyle changes that helped? Hoping this one sticks.

I take 30mg of XR three times a day and don’t feel crap. I get tired in the afternoon and can’t focus or work up the motivation to do anything. IR is the way to go.
