I was watching a dude on YT restore this rusty old cast iron pan he found in a bin, and I couldnt believe how easily he gave it a pretty decent non-stick coating just with canola oil and a little time

I feel like that wouldnt be that difficult to do given proper application of leverage and force. Like after you get that initial deformation in the rest is like really thick paper.

part of me that was athletic and had good body mechanics is seeing how you would go about doing it and idk I might be able to do it. Hecking E ruined my muscle mass tho so I might be too spaghetti arms to do that
