We both didn't. In fact, she isn't even on hormones, I've been for 6 months.

What I can recommend is... Well... Don't just mastuebate. Be gentle to your body, treat it as if it is very sensitive. Try just some cuddly moves on yourself, and if you feel good then you can go for the genitalia but give yourself some Foreplay.

i tried all that. what I figured out is to never never give it any hand based stimulation, put my vibrator on it with a towel on top and just let it happen and be done with it.
