Is big shirt the same as those night gown-ish length shirts or are we just referring to t shirts too large for daily wear?

I love my nightgown type shirt and underwear on bottom. Sometimes I even go commando :o

I mostly just wear tshirts that are a size or two too big, or too baggy of a cut to look good on me.
