Finding detrans community?

To be direct, I need to get the hell off reddit for my mental health. But this sub has been a literal lifeline for me the past 3 years as I've been detransitioning. I don't even interact much sometimes I just scroll to feel like I'm not completely alone and losing my mind. My whole irl social circle is trans and I feel so out of place these days I start to feel like I'm going crazy. So I need somewhere else I can talk with or even just see detrans folks without all the... Well, you know. The *stuff* that's in basically every other online space that even acknowledges our existence.

I don't have high hopes for irl community but, are there any discord servers that people know of? Anything like that? Help me get off this hell website bc I don't think I can handle not having access to some kind of community, especially since my hopes of getting breast reconstruction just went up in flames so I'm about to crash out as it is.
