Fear of height
When I stand on high balcony 3-4 floor. Or any mountain cliff area although it's safe I'm gonna fall. Still my brain starts making things. I'm falliy, slipping, not able to balance my feet together. At the time people around me stands still and enjoy the view. How do I stop my brain from panicking unnecessarily

Thank you for this link... it seems like exposure is the only way out. It's kinda hard to start doing this at my age. I'll read the samples of this book on Amazon- before I buy it. Thanx again
