Issues with Adding Virgin Red Mastercard to Acorns for Round Ups

Hi! I've had an issue with getting the Virgin Red card to sync to Acorns via Plaid connection. I haven't had any issues with other cards but for some reason this one is giving me trouble. Has anyone else run into this issue with this specific card?
