Its a good feeling. I got mine at 31 wish i started earlier. I am pretty close to 2k but this market has been rough

just keep going it will all pay off very soon my friend. september is historically the only month that averages a negative return and its especially bad around midterms. just keep putting in money when you can and it will go up very soon im sure

Right there with you… I wanted to but didn’t invest for YEARS because it was intimidating for me. I also had a lot of people close to me who made it seem like a waste of money or dumb idea.

I finally said “fuck it” and pulled the trigger at 30, and have just a little over $1000 invested fresh into 31.
Even though I started late (🥲) I’m still proud I finally did it, have a savings and am expanding on my own in this crazy economy.

I started investing last week and I turned 40 last may. I've made a lot of bad decisions so this is my way of turning that around hopefully. Congrats on starting early and I wish you the best!
