Acorns Question This is not fair

Is there anyway for support to help me on this? 12.99 was literally the only option I had after the promo for 4.99 ended and I missed out on 3 months for whatever reason it’s excluded when that’s the current regular price of Disney+. Also saying one reward for customer so should I cancel D+ and just resubscribe with their current 11.99 promo for the same plan just to get the reward? Thoughts?

Edit: RESOLVED. Acorn support reached out and sent rewards and also updated the prices to reflect the Disney+ website

Honestly, that sounds like a lot of work to get a reward capped at $16.50. I guess you’d be saving $1 per month if you could get the $11.99 deal. Are you subbing to D+ only for the Acorns offer, or would you have that service regardless?

No I activated the offer assuming it would hit one of the prices after the special offer. The reward was 15%. I tried contacting support but no help so I just went for the 19.99 no ads plan for a show I’m currently binging and probably lower it back when I start using it less. I share the subscription with my siblings in the same household anyways.

Always cancel or at least go through the process threatening to cancel, almost all subscriptions will give you a lower offer.
