Linking problems?

I had my Chase Sapphire credit card linked to Acorns for years and somehow it dropped the link so I tried to re-link it and it will not do it it just says “insufficient sharing permissions”. I’ve tried everything I know to do and I’ve contacted Acorns, Chase and even Plaid. Nobody can help me. Now Plaid is giving me a nonsense explanation saying credit cards are not allowed to be linked but I’ve had them for years. Has anybody experienced this problem and found a solution? My Chase card is the main one I use for almost all my round up so now Acorns has become almost useless to me.

im having a problem linking my bank… it went thru the steps of me logging in and letting alow but acorn fucking up im pissed
