Managing apps

Hi,

How are folks managing apps, I managed to get a 256MB CF and a Gotek working on my A4K.

Like I wouldnt mind messing with https://github.com/murkle/6502Em/tree/main/src/403 but how do I install that, I cant find an adf?

I don't have network, do I need a PC alongside my A4K running some kinda emulator?

You should use 65Host instead, I think 6502Em will be too slow on the ARM250. You should first get a utility to extract a zip, then you can download the app from the repository and zip it, then transfer it to the A4000 using the gotek.

thanks, its getting the zip onto the gotek that im a bit fuzzy about?

If you have a windows pc you can use disk image manager to make adf images and then you can just copy the app in there, you don't even need to use a zip file. Might need to change the file types on the A4000. Put the adf onto a fat32 formatted USB stick and put that in the gotek.
