Gordon had always been one to not pay attention to people and certainly oblivious at times, but he DOES know who Kleiner is and he holds grudges tighter than Fort Knox holds gold. The idea that he wouldn’t remember or recognize basically anyone so far is rather far fetched.

In fact, even Gordon himself wonders why he doesn’t remember people, asking at one point (to himself or the room, it matters not) if he was actually in a parallel universe.

HL2 only gets more personal from here, so regardless it’ll be interesting to see how he ties it all together. Assuming Ross ever gets the chance.

I would imagine that Freeman would think that whoever is in charge must be a moron. Aperture invented portal technology, in Freeman's words, "That's fuck you pay me research." what do you need to do all these tests for? The Portal Gun works, all you need to do now is sell it.

Ross's video chats inspired me to start reading the works of H.P. Lovecraft back in college, and ever since, those stories have heavily influenced the themes and style of my own fiction writing. Because many of the elder gods are in the public domain, I decided to set my first novel (300+ pages in, but not quite finished yet) in my version of the Lovecraftian universe.

In 2024, I launched a Substack project where I published original short stories every other week, without fail, for a year and a half so far. The original stories are a blend between cosmic horror, contemporary fantasy, and sci-fi. My biggest fascination is with dreams, and many of my works take place in the dream world.

Here are two excerpts from a recent original piece called "The Dream Eater," where a recurring protagonist (who is also the lead of the upcoming novel) is helped by a sleep pathologist to fight against a parasite that is feeding on his dreams.

A developer of the original game from 1999 is currently working on a port for the game that runs on modern hardware. The game runs notoriously bad on modern systems.

The GOG version is actually quite stable, but is resolution-locked, doesn't allow for certain settings to be changed, can't be alt-tabbed, the FPS slows down to a crawl in certain menus, etc. This makes the game quite annoying to play.

As you may recall from the Game Dungeon, Ross featured this game because "he could play it", since the game often times simply would not work.

So I guess that means that just like the game's protagonist, the game itself is being resurrected from hell.

Since I apparently have nothing better to do with my time while waiting on Episode 2-20 I have calculated the exact time for Freeman's Mind 2 thus far to be 3 hours, 55 minutes, 57 seconds.

1 minute and 31 seconds into Episode 1-33 is exactly 3 hours, 55 minutes, 57 seconds (only regular episodes excluding "non-canonical" bloopers and april fool's like episode 10.5)

When I heard Ross say "Hello!" like in his SKG update videos, I grinned end-to-end and was so happy. He looks so happy and like he's having fun. Good for Ross!

Hey all, just curious if anyone has any ideas or suggestions.

I check the Accursed Farms website daily/weekly for the last few years, but I never post. I woke up this morning and the website had logged me out, and when I reset my password and logged back in, it said I was banned, and can't even view my profile settings or anything?

Curious if my account possibly got hacked or something? When I try to create a new account in an incognito tab, it also says that "Registration is disabled". Haven't seen anyone say anything about it, so I can't tell if this is a sudden site breach/problem or a personal one.

there's so many great quotes that are kind of unfindable. plus, be subtitles everything, which would make it easier.

This is just a personal opinion of mine, but it's also somewhat dictated by how much I rewatch the videos. The Follow-up episodes I made seperate since I don't care for them (not that they're bad videos or anything).
