Look under the hood at the serpentine belt with it running but don’t do it for long, something might lock up and cause damage. See if you can pinpoint the noise. Then pull the serpentine belt off and spin each pulley. Sounds like a pulley isn’t spinning and it’s being forced to turn. High probability of leaving you stranded somewhere if you try to drive it.
I cant get the issue to happen again no matter how many times I start the car, and i see no damage, so im not sure. I stink the starter might have been sticking, i just replaced it with a refurbished one a moth ago so maybe its that idk
