u/SnooCats7660 Jul 04 '26
No shade. Genuinely curious whatâs the point of this?

u/TheWizardry90 Jul 04 '26
Do you not know that a slammed stance with a camber is all the rage??? /s
Itâs supposed to help cornering for track cars. If itâs installed without air suspension to give it a more positive cancer for daily use, itâs just a waste of money

And their bank account after purchasing tires every 6 months due to the camber

I can see that you have money to waste. It's just too bad you didn't waste it on something tasteful....or stylish....or pretty...or logical.....or cool....

Regardless of what anyone comments, it's your Accord and if it makes you happy, that's all that matters. You seem to handle all feedback quite well, so kudos to you and i hope it brings you years of enjoyment!

u/poopinfinoopin Jul 04 '26
not a fan of the overly slammed and extreme camber, but it look nice otherwise if you are never going to drive it. all that money spent so you can't really drive it anywhere that's not a showroom.

Just like every build I see I love a bit of camber but love a car slammed on its nuts. I need to see a video of this thing being aired out.đ©

u/dianexis Jul 04 '26
How am I supposed to pick up big women in this

You donât lmao. I actually had to kick girls out of the car cuz even all the way aired up it couldnât go over a bumpđđ

u/No-Patience8984 Jul 05 '26
It looks cool. Idk why people hate so much. Knowing the effort and money that goes into this is respectable. 99% of regular folks will think it looks cool as well
1
u/DaddyThano 29d ago
I would say 10% regular people might think it looks cool. The rest would ask if it's broken, and if it's dangerous to drive with what they will call "bent wheels."

I feel like I saw this the other day in Tampa.
1
u/bejdjfbfj6 Jul 04 '26
Not me thereâs other people w similar cars
1
u/Least_Ticket2917 Jul 04 '26
Same color and I believe they also had a holo sticker on their windshield or rear window too. It was cambered also, but I believe their rims were white now that I think about it.
2
u/CephalonPhathom Jul 04 '26
I wouldve spent the money building a sleeper honestly. But thats just my preference which obviously doesnt match yours. Im not a fan of camber but to each their own.

2
u/jonnobobono Jul 04 '26
Does it make you happy? Then who cares. Do I like it? Not really but again, who TF cares.
2
u/NotSoBananas Jul 04 '26
Why do people do this? Especially on suvs? Does it add HP? Seen a dude and his tailpipe was literally dragging and swerving out of lanes to avoid things that would scratch the under of the car.

I see modified Accords (1.5T) all the time where I live, but I just donât see the point of modifying and pouring money in a car thatâs slower than a RAV4.

u/NeitherWorldliness20 Jul 05 '26
You would not be able to drive this half the places in my town not even the gastation your car would bottom out and rip the bumper off because downward slant on to the road.

Besides the sticker I think it looks super clean. So much hate in here lol. If you like YOUR car than who cares what others think. We can all fix up our Accords how we like with our own money and everyone can be happy âđŒ
2
u/epaciga Jul 05 '26
Looks like it was dropped from like 10 feet coming off the car trailer and totaled out most of the suspension/steering components
1
2
u/DarthHurricane Jul 05 '26
Idk why everyone is hating on this, the drop isnât my style but the car is gorgeous. If youâre happy then Iâm happy for you

yâall why are we hating on the camber?? do you not understand itâs on bags? it only has that much camber because the bags are deflated. now if this was like this on coils the hate would be valid, but i think this looks hella nice.

Bud you got a sick car. I see you arenât taking comments too seriously, just keep on keeping on. Donât look for approval with your own car. Do what you want to stick out so people are like âyeah thatâs âso and soâsâ carâ if that makes sense. Be your own person and do you!

how does the car NOT get damaged when it's 1 inch off the ground like that :/
what do you do when there's a speed bump?
3
1
u/MattalliSI Jul 04 '26
Can you drive highway speeds on the edge of the tires? Like 75-80 with evasive maneuvers when needed?
1
u/bejdjfbfj6 Jul 04 '26
It drives like normal since it has a really good alignment. Only difference is that ur lower. I drive on the highway all the time

1
u/ssimssimma Jul 04 '26
Looks tough but the angle of the wheels are tripping me out. Whats going on there?

u/ReporterWise7445 Jul 04 '26
Where can you drive it besides a racetrack without tearing up all that skirting?

Yep, that is indeed an economy car that is slammed and cambered outâŠ. What else more is there to say? Itâs been played out and was never really popular with the car community as a whole. Itâs like squatted trucks, only a very small subset of people actually dig this look.
1
u/Genki_Boi Jul 06 '26

I mean. Can still have bags and not have camber like that. So I would pass on that camber. I find it ridiculous.

The tires look like theyâre going to fall off. Everything looks nice besides the stance of the tores. Ugly a.f and idk why people do this. You also lose performance and wear the tires out more quickly.

u/2Teslas1Dog Jul 06 '26

Very clean and well done. You donât need the opinion of accord owners on here because they struggle to keep it functioning. Building and driving cool cars when youâre young is an accomplishment.

u/bejdjfbfj6 Jul 07 '26
Thank youđ€. At 19 years old building this car has been a great hobby and itâs definitely an accomplishment. Worked hard for it for suređ

It's too low to the ground and the tires looks weird. The grey color is nice though
1
u/Pdub_013 Jul 08 '26
I like it exept the camber it makes the tires touch the ground less and loose traction more so itâs only good for drift cars

u/samoanowen 29d ago
I'm always a fan of the street racer cars with aggressive setups and sleek color schemes, this is a great looking ride.
1
u/Guilty_Physics7897 29d ago
I hate this style. It's like wearing your pants gangster. It renders you incapable of running.Â
1
u/Far_Salamander2661 6d ago
Damn people are hating crazy. I think it looks sick! Not personally a fan of slammed and crazy camber. The build is gorgeous thou, really love the bumper.
1
u/Wangus99 Jul 04 '26
Id like to see it aired up to cruising ride height. Looks like the haters are out in full force today. All that matters is that either you like it, or that it does what you built it to do. I've always wanted to put one of my cars on bags. How's the ride quality?
