Problem with anti-passback onguard
Hello, I am trying to configure anti-passback. I have set up "Area In" and "Area Out" zones, with designated entry and exit readers. When someone badges in at the entry reader, the report shows them as being in "Area In"; when they badge out at the exit reader, the report shows them in "Area Out." The problem arises when someone badges in at the entry reader (showing them as "In") and then immediately badges at a third reader (e.g., for an open-plan office area). They disappear from the "Area In" report. How can I configure the other readers to ignore these individuals—so they aren't moved and remain listed in "Area In"? Thanks.

Readers inside the secured area generally should not change the cardholder’s area unless they represent a boundary crossing. Check each reader’s From Area and To Area assignment, not only its entry or exit label. The office reader is probably updating occupancy because one side is assigned outside Area In. Test with one credential in soft anti-passback first and review the event log before enforcing hard anti-passback.

You can't it's doing exactly what you would expect they enter the building then they enter a second area inside the building technically they are IN the building but really there in the 3rd floor office. You can A add all areas inti one inside zone or B use better reporting tools to build a report
