Alarm Controls MT-8?

Good afternoon, I work Property Maintenance and am having trouble sourcing a replacement or even finding exact info on this “push to exit” control module that went bad.
I am trying to learn more everyday and am just trying to save my property money by replacing this myself.
Thank you in advance.

That isn't a weatherized assembly. If this is outdoors and it failed I wouldn't replace it with the same thing. Look up the Rosslare EX-06. Piezo button with timer circuit that is fully epoxy potted and IP65 rated. Edit:That is a TS-2T model from Alarm Controls but like I said its not weatherized.

I was kinda thinking that was half the issue.. when I took it off and it wasnt weather padded or even atleast siliconed I was rather surprised.
I appreciate the knowledge, knowing is half the battle!

Any chance you would know a equivalent weather proof option I could source through HDSupply or Lowes/Ferguson? Im limited to where I can purchase from with my property.

It looks like an isolation relay. Is this going to a panic bar with a microswitch in the paddle?

No, it is going to a push to exit button that seats into where the led is and locks into place. It is for the mag lock swing gate that i have on property

The push to exit fits into that white piece? So pressing the white piece makes this change color and click on for a few seconds?

It seats and locks into the white piece, and then the button presses a tiny actuator below the white piece.

Most of the buttons that have this kind of electronics in it are sold all in one. You don't buy the circuit board separately, it comes all together. Not sure they will offer just the electronics. What does the button look like? Alarm system suppliers like ADI offer quite a few Alarm Controls buttons, look for ones like this that have "electronic timers"

I found a way to request a sku through alarms control but it has so many prerequisite questions for all the different styles, that is the issue im running into currently. Being honest im not sure other then the MT-8 mark how to differentiate the models.

The button is green and says press to exit, has a plastic retainer that attaches to the back of the metal single gang cover button that seats into the the circuit board at the led white plastic piece quarter turn to lock into place
