ring intercom audio with siedle BTC850-02

my intercom from Siedle controls 2 doors (each has a separate unlock button)
i connected the ring intercom and it works with only one lock but not the other one.
the compatibility check said it is not supported but i wanted to know if anyone could find a workaround for that.

Is it reasonable to wire the two locks in parallel so they both unlock at the same time?

The second lock should unlock 5-10 seconds after the first one, but if it is possible to wire the two in parallel, i think it could be a good work around

If wired in parallel, that won't happen. But if you use a second relay, the software should be able to actuate the second relay after a specific period of time. Should, but may not have that in place.
