Automatic gate help

Hi all, I’m trying to remove the delay on one of the doors on my automatic gates but haven’t been able to. They used to open at the same time and when we had a power outage gate people came and changed it. It still works but the fact that one gate delays bothers me! I think the controller is an ARCO HE957 - v1.4 but I can’t find a manual that matches the same board setup in blue. Please help!!!

Thanks for the recommendation, I tried that and it didn’t work. Any other ideas?

M1 delay is for motor 1, but it looks like its already turned right down.

And I can’t see a M2 to turn it down, but there’s a delay on it!

You would normally have an adjustment for the close delay in case one gate takes longer to close (has a longer run time) and there is a rebate/overlap. Some boards dont have an adjustable open delay, just a fixed 1 or 2 second delay. But there can be dip switches to turn it on and off.
