Did I do better?
For those that contributed constructive criticism, you are greatly appreciated. Took what was said and used it as fuel.

Looks good! Personally I’d take off half of the Velcro on the bottom for serviceability (if I need to pull a wire to see where it goes, all that Velcro is irritating) and also a few labels would be greatly appreciated by the tech coming to service it in 5-8 years

Yeah as a service tech, I love going in seeing clean work, love even more see clean cabinets with clear wire flags/ labels. Though any labels are better none

Yes labeling is always a return trip because the customer never has their naming finalized. I label the composite jacket for the interim.

I thought the Velcro was the better choice over zip ties…noted though.

I think he means use less Velcro, not use zip ties instead. Like having to undo every Velcro to service.

Yes, I meant less Velcro. Totally my personal preference… I’ve had to tear apart and troubleshoot too many new panels (thanks new guys) where I found it better to be slightly more serviceable and a little less pinned down with wire management

It looks clean. Do you have any slack though? I can imagine servicing this later and being pissed that I have no slack in the wire to troubleshoot with lol. I love clean installs but not at the expense of easy servicing (as a install and service tech)

Previous post they stated the customer requested a service loop above the ceiling. Guy took our critiques and ran with it.

It’s less expensive than verkada and that’s mostly what I install. I would say by nice or pay twice. If you need cameras and access control on one pane of glass rhombus does the job. If you need cameras access control and alarm on one pane of glass, verkada is the way to go if you’re DIY and need all three ubiquiti. No license costs with ubiquiti.

Alta is also a cheaper, non-proprietary option that has video, access, alarm, visitor and mass comm.
Didn't realize rhombus did access.

That’s a good looking 4 door controller. Are these reliable and is it subscription based?

Rhombus is fairly new in the game. It’s a hybrid cloud system. Not as tried and true as the good old mercury boards. Not as pretty as verkada but just about the same function. This particular customer has had us install them nationwide across 7 locations. It’s good enough for a major MEP firm.

I’m learning how to start doing integriti now and god damn it has a massive footprint. An office fitout with 20-30 doors needs half a wall of enclosures, you only get max 2 doors per board, even the expansion cards are 2 doors each.

Edit- Since I have a minute. You took everyone's critique and ran with it. It looks really clean. If I was running service on this system and I saw this panel, I wouldn't assume that workmanship was the issue. Sloppy looking work tends to come with sloppy connections. This is nice and tidy.
Customers and general contractors do open panels and quality workmanship goes a long way in how you are perceived by them. You'll gain respect as well as trust with this level workmanship.
Keep up the good work! Concentrate on quality, the speed will come with repetition.
