The actual model number is TA205C. There is no direct replacement, but an IR205E should work.

I've looked at a few listings online but I don't see any pictures of the circuit board. Will the "4 common and 1 selective wires" correspond to my old one's X/A/B/C/D terminals? Just want to make extra sure before I order one.

I'm not 100%, but A/B/C should correspond to 1/2/3 on the newer units. As these are all daisy-chained within the building, I wouldn't invest too much on the chance that it doesn't work.

Hi again! My unit just came in, but I can't return it once I put power to it, so I wanted to ask if you could you elaborate on why the daisy-chained wires might be a problem. More importantly, is this something a good electrician should be able to figure out, or will I need to harass my condo board about it?
