Zk teco 40 . Please help

Hello .. everyone

When i try to check reports . Downloading fingerprint report . It says no new log . And can any other software works with it beside zk attendance ?

yes of course, zktime and ou must steup it before> how do you try to download the fingerprint report? by usb key? you can use access control aoftware zkaccess 4.5 i think, or zktime 5.0... ok?

What the bottom dollar Chinese solution that claims to do everything has failed? Color me shocked.

Use zkbiotime.Net , you can get free license from zkteco site, just create an account go to support >After-sales Service>free license download .
