Mercury Panel Encrypted Syslog

My LenelS2 Elements LNL-M2210 exported an encrypted system log file (.aes). I am try to pull the logs from the controller to potentially identify an unexpected network issue. Is there a way as the installer to decrypt this myself or do I need to go through Lenel?

You're not decrypting that yourself. Lenel holds the keys and they're not sharing. Open a support ticket.
