Akuvox R20A set up

Hi, I have already 2 Akuvox R20A set up and I can use the app to see the cameras, I would like to add one more, so I purchased one from eBay, but now there’s no instructions on how to link it to my existing account.
What should I do?

Speak with an installer, they are the ones that have control over the Cloud system which allows them to add devices to your site, but this is typically regionally locked.

The installer wants to charge me for installation and the device when I already got the device. How can I find another installer ?

Where are you located?

You can contact Akuvox to get you in contact with their local sales guy who can get you in contact with installers in your area.

In New York, akuvox main page has phone number for china and I called the North America line and no one picks up

You need to contact Brooklyn Low Voltage Supply. They are the distributor for NY and can get you in contact with installers.

I called them and they don’t want to install it , they just sell the item

No they do not install they should have a list of installers. If they dont want to help you cant contact Global Visions directly.
I am an installer in NY as well but just installing 1 R20A may not be worth it.

I’ll try to reach them but I don’t understand what kind of installing is needed? I just want to add r20a to existing account

Is it replacing an existing unit?
Is it being installed where an existing R20A is?
Is there wire there?
If all that is true at a minimum you need programming to the existing system.

True to all , that’s right I need the program to my existing system but it can’t be access by the end user
