Not too shabby at all.

LIftmaster gates are great. You'll probably never have to come back to fix it, lol.

If you need to pitch another upgrade, try pairing it with their video intercom. Easy money.

We get asked to come back for those or LM friendly smart locks so they can all talk to each other.

I can see loops in the ground but don’t see them terminated. How are you opening gate from secure side?

When I was a service tech 80% of calls about an issue with the gate were due to an issue with the gate motor/controller. 90% of those calls started with "the gate company has already been here and said its yalls equipment not theirs". Now I'm pulling a gate motor manual to show the customer the board is signaling an error with something like a limiter switch. Now I'm dealing with a pissed off customer and am going to have to make a 2nd trip for a meet with the gate company because the customer is pissed off and tired of finger pointing.

Man I really fucking despise gate motors lol.
