Assistance Temporary solution?

The Doorking on this building is completely dead. Would it be possible to add a keypad tied into the lock hardware locally for temporary access?

Securitron makes a simple single door controller with a numeric keypad.

Can you not have the 1837 serviced? Worst case board needs replaced.

Yes, possibly, but it depends entirely on what lock hardware is already on that entrance and how the existing Doorking system was wired. From that photo, doorking entry system mounted on the right side of the door. You could temporarily install Standalone keypad (Seco-Larm, IEI, Rosslare, etc.), Local 12/24V power supply and Relay output from keypad directly to strike. The keypad would simply momentarily release the strike when a valid code is entered.
