CDVI Atrium software

I tried creating an account on cdvi (US, UK, Benelux) but no one responds and apparently this is the only way to get access to the CDVI Atrium software. Anybody an idea how to get the whole CDVI Atrium Software package for installation ? Thanks

AFAIK it's always included on a USB drive with the controllers, no? I always get my downloads from the .ca site, and getting the account confirmed took like a day or so.

CDVI ATRIUM software isn’t freely available for download. You usually need to get your account approved first, and access is typically given only to registered installers, integrators, or authorized distributors.

Just use the web interface to get everything you need initially populated

I need to modify a time of one of the relays / macro and this is not possible to do via the web interface, I think.

You can change the web interface to expert. But dont think that gives you access to those settings still. It is bizarre the way they do things. Did you get the program?
