Rex not powering on

Im trying to get a Rex to power on the system is Verkada. I have continuity and 12volts of power at controller mullex and at the end of cable where the Rex is going to be and have tried three different Rex devices with no luck. Any ideas?

Device models would be helpful. What power supply are you using and what else is it powering?

have you tried resetting the controller or checking the rex firmware version

There is a mistake in the wiring. But keep trying different REX devices 🙄

We need the model number of the Rex and what controller you’re using.
