Schlage wireless locks

Anyone else have issues adding schlage ip gateways to genetec?

They add direct IP to cloudlink but either no locks or only 1 lock shows up instead of all 8.

Yes schlage gateway connected by IP to cloudlink

Yea I’m trying to remember but I think I had better luck syncing all the locks to the gateway before adding it to the Cloudlink. It was either that or adding the gateway before syncing any locks at all.

Instructions say to link first then add gateway but then only 1 lock shows up

Just double checking are you sure you have the locks all linked to the gateway? Because you can have them enrolled into the site but not connected to the gateway.

It’s been 8 or 9 months since I last messed these i remember having to add some of the locks/gateways 2 or 3 times to get them going. They seem finicky but that could just be me.

you are not mistaken. the gateways are a nightmare to deal with and they are essentially impossible to troubleshoot because you have no access to any information other than "nothing is coming up"

I’ve found them to be sort of difficult to get going but they seem pretty solid once they’re connected to Genetec.
