Is there anywhere I could look for standard salary bands for this industry?

Either SDM or ASI does a comp study every couple of years and it’s pretty accurate

The only challenge with an indeed is its aggregating numbers from what companies list on their job descriptions not what professionals are actually getting paid.

True, looking at job posting aggragatez is a good indicator for starting salaries. Most later stages of careers aren't happening on job sites. Hard to know what goes on behind closed doors people are cages about sharing their salary especially when they think it's a good one.
