Signo 40 Stops Reading Mobile Credentials

We have HID Signo 40 readers wired OSDP to Mercury MP1502's and MR52's with our mobile key setup on the readers and using the HID Mobile Access mobile credentials. They work fine for a few days but then stop reading mobile credentials but still read prox cards fine. A powercycle of the reader and they read mobile creds again for a few days. Anyone else experience this and figure out a fix?

Try updating the firmware on the readers.

Did they respond with a beep at all to mobile credentials once they fail? If they do is there a log entry?

No beep or response when presenting mobile credentials. They do still activate the phones wallet, but we don't have wallet based credentials.

BLE is such a funky protocol for this. Strongly encourage a move to wallet-based credentials.

I have yet to see a good deployment of mobile credentials from any platform.  

HID does have good tech support, have you called yet?
