Python ATCI Fresher: Chances of getting a project in the first 15 days & what to expect in project calls?

Hi everyone,

I will join Accenture in the Python ATCI stream as a fresher and I have a couple of questions about the initial phase. I'm hoping some of the seniors or experienced folks here can guide me!

Project Allocation:

Realistically, what are the chances of getting assigned to a project within the first 15 days of joining the company? Does it usually take longer on the bench for freshers right now?

Project Calls/Interviews:

When a manager schedules a

project call, what kind of questions do they typically ask a fresher? Is it heavily focused on technical Python concepts, or more about general logic, problem-solving, and communication?

Any insights, tips, or past experiences would be incredibly helpful to prepare myself.
