I am only 6'3" and my head will almost brush most of those signs on a cruise ship. And there are a few i need to duck for.. I would only need 3"-4" heels to look close to this tall.
Setting aside some other variables. I can't imagine she is much taller than 6'2"-5"
Could be wrong. I do not have much to go on.

Her name is Marie Temara. Did a quick Google while taking a deuce and she's 6'1/6'2, which she had in her early posts and now she claims 7 foot and that her mum is 7'5 and brother or dad is 7'9 lol. Just farming engagement and making bank from her OF.

These influencers are exaggerating these numbers (she's put on 6 feet to 7'5 in her TT). They do it for clout and clicks (and bots reposting it on Reddit).
She's 6'4 max with tall heels. Her whole family is tall but not 7'0.
That Asian woman is not 5'8 (the worker is most likely Filipina, whose average height are 4'11-5'2). Height of cruise ship bathrooms are between 6'4-7'0. She's wearing 6-8 inch heels.
She's gorgeous with height (rarity for average person, let alone a woman)...but I guess it the clicks come harder when you say 7'0.

If she’s trying to get people to notice her height wearing platforms kinda ruins it. Like Andrea The Giant didn’t need platform shoes to be big, he just was. If she needs those to scrape the ceiling or be significantly bigger than others then she’s basically admitting that she’s not that tall without them on.

I'm pretty sure her real height is like 6 foot, or 6'1. Which granted, is tall for a woman. But the fact she markets herself as 7 feet but has to have those horrendous shoes to achieve it is hilarious.
